Clarence K. Lau Partner
Clarence Lau is an associate in the firm’s transactional practice group. Clarence focuses his practice on the representation of condominium, townhome and homeowner associations, and has represented communities throughout Georgia. He also practices in areas of general corporate, business contracts, and in all areas of commercial and residential real estate. Clarence is also actively involved in the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and currently serves on the Programming committee.
Clarence was born in Hong Kong and raised in Houston, TX. He graduated with a B.A. degree in History from Washington University in Saint Louis, in 2002 and with a J.D. from Washington University in Saint Louis School of Law, in 2005. Clarence is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
