David Weinberg is an associate in the firm's litigation practice group.  David’s practice areas include the litigation of commercial disputes, consumer class actions, debtor/creditor relations, real estate disputes, and personal injury. He also has experience working on matters involving the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act (“ILSA”), the Georgia Debt Adjustment Act, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), copyright and trademark disputes, and appellate practice.

During law school, David served on the Moot Court Executive Board researching U.S. Supreme Court issues. He also served as Judicial Extern to The Honorable Terry J. Hatter, Jr., in The United States District Court for the Central District of California.  David is also a graduate of the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University having received his B.B.A. with a focus in marketing.
