Elizabeth F. Taylor Partner
Elizabeth Frey is a Partner in the firm. Her practice areas include all aspects of community association representation and litigation, as well as commercial and business litigation. Elizabeth also has experience in employment law matters, from both an employer and employee perspective, ranging from handling unemployment benefit disputes with the Georgia Department of Labor to litigating federal employment law cases.
Elizabeth graduated with a B.A. degree in English Literature from Vanderbilt University, magna cum laude, in 1999 and with a J.D. from Emory University School of Law, with honors, in 2003.
Elizabeth is actively involved in the Georgia Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI) and has published several articles in its magazine Georgia Commons.
Elizabeth is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
