Jared is an associate in the firm’s General Litigation Group. Jared’s practice involves all areas of the general commercial litigation sector including real estate, construction, tort, employment, and contract law disputes. Jared’s areas of concentration specifically involve business to business legal disputes as well as construction and defect claims. Jared has represented numerous multinational corporations in both state and federal court in matters involving misappropriation of trade secrets, contractual breach, fraud, intellectual property disputes, building defects, and premises liability claims.
Jared split his law school career between Miami University School of Law and Emory University School of Law, where he clerked as a legal intern for Chief Justice Hugh P. Thompson of the Supreme Court of Georgia. During Law School, Jared served as an editor on the Miami Business Law Review. Jared received his undergraduate degrees in International Affairs and French from the University of Georgia.
