Michael J. Zenner Partner
Michael Zenner is a partner in the firm and has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and in the representation of all types of community associations, including high rise and mid rise condominium associations, master and sub associations in both residential and mixed use developments, townhome associations and property and homeowners associations. Michael attended the University of Minnesota where he graduated cum laude. He received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1987. Michael is a frequent speaker and writer on topics involving community associations and has given presentations on topics that include the structure and organization of community associations, conversion condominiums, turnover issues, covenant enforcement and assessment collection. He has served on the Board of Directors of Community Associations Institute of Georgia (“CAI”) and is a past President of that organization. As a current member and former chair of CAI’s Legislative Action Committee, Michael works closely with legislators, lobbyists and industry professionals to develop legislation that reflects the needs and interests of community associations and their members.
